  • Once you have the estimate in hand, the first hour of consultation is free of charge.
  • In the meeting we can discuss the designs, color combinations, customization of our previous work, to be set according to the client's Color theme, clients can share inspiration pictures, review the estimate in hand, discuss the layout of the venue and so forth.

  • Site visits prior to the reservation are charged at a rate of $55/hour within Winnipeg. Out of Winnipeg additional mileage would be charged.

  • The estimate given out would be a general equipment takeoff only & would not be a project quotation.
  • We reserve the right to re-quote the entire estimate if any deletions or substitutions are required.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice, that includes unpaid quotes older than 7 days.

  • A 25% non-refundable deposit guarantees your reservation.
  • Nonrefundable payment of a minimum 25% is required to hold the date. Any monies paid at any time during the process are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for refund.

  • Service provided on a first come first served basis.

  • A security deposit may be required on certain items.

  • Copy of your driver's license & Refundable Damage Deposit fee is required, if you’re picking up the product.
  • For any issues with equipment picked-up please let us know in writing by email within 24 hours of delivery or customer pickup.

  • Minor: 10 days notice on minor changes, prior to your delivery date. Additions pending inventory availability. Minor changes defined as +/- 10% in rental agreements total cost.
  • Major: For major changes please provide us with 30 days notice. Additions pending inventory availability. Major changes above 10% cost change.

  • Methods for payment: Cash, Cheque, Credit Card(5% surcharge), E-transfer, PayPal (5% surcharge) and cash. We prefer e-transfer,

  • Please mention your Estimate/Invoice number in the message line so that we can match the amount to the correct account.

  • Full payment is due one month before the event. Methods of payment: E-transfer, Cash, Cheque, Credit Card(5% surcharge) & PayPal (5% surcharge)

  • Everything to be returned properly cleaned, other than Linens.
  • A minimum $50 cleaning charge is applied, if equipment is returned soiled or unclean.
  • Client not to abuse, misuse or damage the equipment
  • Client to keep all rental equipment away from open flame or heat sources.
  • Client to place all rental equipment on solid and level surfaces.
  • Client not to stand on the rental equipment.
  • Client to use rental equipment for intended purpose only.
  • Client is responsible for any shortages, breakages & damage caused to any items being leased.
  • Client also responsible for any damage caused to anyone while renting our items.
  • Client to buy Insurance for all rented items, as well buy Liability Insurance in adequate amount.

  • All linens will be inspected upon return.
  • They should be dry and refuse free.
  • DO NOT wash the linens.
  • DO NOT place wet linens in an enclosed container: mildew will result.
  • Client is responsible for mildew damages, burn damages, as well as stains which cannot be removed.

  • No refunds will be issued on unused equipment.
  • Refunds are not issued for items that were not used; this includes because of weather or because of issues with setting items up.
  • It is the customers responsibility to have the proper aptitude, confidence, and skill with the equipment they are renting.

  • Client responsible for locating & clearly marking the Hydro, MTS/Shaw etc. & other private utilities like buried electrical lines, sprinkler lines at least 7 days before the event.
  • Tents won’t be installed until a Call Before You Dig report is produced. Unless concrete Ballasts are being requested.
  • Tents won’t be installed in adverse weather & unsafe locations.
  • We have absolute discretion if/where a tent can be installed.
  • Tents are waterproof but not watertight.
  • Tents are normal weather structures & not intended for adverse weather conditions.
  • Tents are not to be used for cooking, no flames allowed inside the tent.
  • Concrete Ballasts are available if you are in a Rush or have a space where Digging is not possible.
  • Concrete Ballasts cannot be moved over stairs, rough terrain or extreme grades.
  • All rental equipment is subject to availability at time of booking.

  • Standard Delivery Winnipeg (two way delivery $50 and pickup$50): Starting At $100.00
  • Downtown/Office Building Delivery Winnipeg (two way delivery $75 and pickup $75) Starting At $150.00
  • Additional fees Specific Timed Delivery & Pickup.
  • Delivery prices during peak season, set time deliveries, or for large orders may vary.
  • Delivery prices for out-of-town deliveries will vary.
  • Additional fees will apply if delivery or pick-up is required outside regular hours or days. (Monday - Sunday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
  • Additional fees will apply if equipment needs to be moved over long distances or over stairs or rough terrain.
